Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking team members for store operations in Concord, NC. Starting pay is $15/hour with annual raises and production bonuses, plus training and career development, team discounts, and benefits.

The role involves sorting, hanging, and restocking clothing, meeting daily quotas, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team players who take pride in a clean, organized workspace.
• Physically able to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful of others.
• Willing to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds; good vision required.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using our color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Strong close and depth vision are essential.
