Job summary

Memphis Goodwill Inc. is seeking an on-site Associate in Hernando, MS to support apparel processing and floor operations. You will keep the work area neat and safe, categorize and tag clothing, and hang items on racks for sale.

The role includes quality checks and assisting with floor rotations and dressing room checks. You will aim to hang 100+ pieces per hour, follow company policies, participate in trainings, and perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Coach.

Qualifications

• Duties focused on apparel processing and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Image, keep area clean, neat, safe and organized.
• Categorize and process apparel (sizing, type, colorization).
• Tag and hang apparel on racks; manage hang area.
• Assist with quality control (tears, stains, zippers, buttons).
• Transport racks to sales floor; assist with rotation and dressing rooms.
• Maintain hang count of 100+ pieces per hour; ensure flow.
• Keep processing area clean; follow safety practices and policies.
• Participate in activities beyond job scope as needed; attend training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader Coach.
