Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field highly preferred.
• 2-3 years of full-time in-house graphic design experience
• Able to present concepts to design/marketing team
• Successful 2-D design skills for mass/commercial market
• Minimum software knowledge: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• CS 4.0+, Mac OSX Maverics+, Webtach knowledge is a plus
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• Must be highly organized and flexible; able to work under tight deadlines
• 2-Way pattern making experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• The Graphic Artist will develop and implement creative graphic design concepts.
• Produce graphics, images, spec-sheets, garment hangtags, tradeshow graphics, and logos for apparel clients.
• Collaborate with other artists on problem solving, trends, and ideas.
• Regularly communicate project status and key metrics to the Art Director.
• Prepare line sheets for presentation and catalogs; size art for garments.
