Team Penske is seeking an Apparel Designer to concept, design, and develop high‑quality team apparel aligned with our brand. You will oversee the development process from ideation to production, collaborating with marketing, branding, and licensing teams to ensure top standards and performance needs are met.

The role requires a strong portfolio in uniform/apparel design, expertise in textiles and garment construction, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing leading design projects from ideation to execution, especially uniforms/apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: concept to production of team apparel (track wear, uniforms).
• Vendor & product Coordination: liaise with factories, source fabrics, monitor calendars.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: work with marketing, branding, licensing teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Assist in creating tech packs, sample development, fittings, and revisions.
• Ensure designs align with Team Penske brand standards and performance needs.
