Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. seeks a Permitting Specialist to own surface permitting across the Appalachian Basin.

You will prepare and submit permit applications, work with regulatory agencies to maintain project timelines, and lead permitting efforts for assigned projects in collaboration with engineering, surface operations, regulatory, and environmental teams. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple permits with accuracy

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in oil and gas permitting, operations, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surface permitting processes and applicable regulations.
• Ability to read plats, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Independently prepare and submit permit applications for oil and gas activities.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to clarify requirements and secure approvals.
• Review regulations and ensure compliance across all applications.
• Maintain permit logs and track approval timelines for the operations team.
• Collaborate with engineering, surface operations, regulatory, and environmental staff on packages.
• Participate in pre-application meetings with agencies to streamline processes.
• Research and resolve moderately complex permitting issues and inquiries.
• Ensure timely renewal, amendments, or closure of permits as required.
• Provide training and guidance to junior permitting staff.
