Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group in Des Moines, IA seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Sleep Medicine team in Central Iowa.

The position focuses on outpatient sleep medicine care, including new patient consultations and follow-up visits, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Active NP/PA license and BLS required, with pulmonology/neurology/cardiology background preferred.

MercyOne offers a competitive compensation package plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active NP or PA license and appropriate certification
• BLS certification required

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Previous experience in Pulmonology
• Previous experience in Neurology and/or Cardiology

Practice Overview

The MercyOne Sleep Medicine Department is comprised of four Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers. This position will focus on outpatient sleep medicine care, including new patient consultations and follow‑up visits, working Monday through Friday.
