Corewell Health is seeking an experienced recruiter to oversee full lifecycle recruitment for APPs, advanced clinicians, psychologists, and leadership roles in southeast Michigan. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to source diverse, highly qualified candidates and deliver robust candidate slates while ensuring an excellent applicant experience.

Provides full lifecycle recruiting to meet advanced practice provider (APP), advanced clinician, psychologist, and APP leadership needs at Corewell Health in southeast Michigan. Builds strong business relationships with clinical and operational leaders, networks to source qualified, diverse applicants, assesses talent to deliver the strongest candidate slates, and provides subject matter expertise in all areas of recruiting. Ensures exceptional experiences for all Corewell Health applicants.
Prefer candidates with APP recruitment experience. May provide direction/training to less experienced recruiters. Must be available to attend onsite meetings periodically; prefer candidates who can assist with candidate site visits in the region (as needed).
