Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Grovetown, Georgia is seeking a PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the inaugural ICU team at the new Columbia County Medical Center. Work 13-hour shifts, both days and nights, in a high-acuity ICU with experienced intensivists and APPs.

You will participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care alongside a physician-led, nationally recognized health system.

This is a unique opportunity to become a founding member of the inaugural ICU team and help shape the future of critical care delivery in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Southeast.

PRN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Schedule: 13-hour shifts PRN; days and nights.

Collaborative practice model with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers.

Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment.

Opportunity to participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Columbia County Medical Center is a new six-story, state-of-the-art, 254,000-square-foot acute care hospital designed to expand access to advanced healthcare services across the Augusta region and surrounding communities. The hospital will feature 100 inpatient beds, advanced surgical services, emergency care, intensive care capabilities, and an adjacent medical office building supporting multiple specialties and outpatient services.
