Job summary

Duly Health and Care Elmhurst is seeking an APP who can deliver autonomous patient care within a collaborative network of specialists. You’ll practice at the top of your license, building trusted relationships with neurology and other providers across a large, integrated health system.

The role offers a strong referral network, competitive base compensation ranging from $100,000 to $140,000, potential sign-on bonus, CME funds, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an approved school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois.
• Experience in Neurology or similar setting preferred; new graduates welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 100k-140k depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

• Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in Neurology or similar setting preferred
