- JOB SUMMARY The APP is responsible for providing health care to patients in the hospital or office setting. Works in consultation; cooperation; and coordination through a collaborative physician. Functions according to the established standards and practices of medicine for Physicians Assistants in the State of Texas.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Masters Degree

- Required Licenses/Certifications PA licensed in the state of Texas
- BLS

- Required Skills; Knowledge; and Abilities Knowledge of medical practices; terminology; and reimbursement policies
- Thorough knowledge of patient triage; diagnosis; and evidenced-based care
- Knowledge in overcoming barriers from diagnosis to treatment including: financial/economic; language/culture; transportation issues
