Job summary

MercyOne Clinton is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Surgery/OR team. The role supports a group of surgeons with pre- and post-operative visits, in-clinic care, and operative assistance.

This full-time opportunity offers a physician-led group, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME, 403(b) with match, and tail coverage for malpractice.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing Program or PA program.
• Experience as Advanced Practice Practitioner preferred.

The Opportunity

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program or Physician Assistant program
• Experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP) preferred but will consider other relative experience
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
