Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois.
• 3+ years of experience in ICC, ER, Urgent Care or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Practice at the top of your license and form trusted relationships with physicians.
• Collaborate with ICC and other provider partners across the network.
• Deliver patient care with autonomy and the support of a robust healthcare team.
