Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a highly motivated Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a busy critical care service across LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital ICUs.

The role includes daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, and involvement with the Medical Emergency Team. Rotational day, night, and weekend responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior critical care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work rotating day/night/weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds on critically ill patients in ICUs.
• Manage critical illnesses with multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct common bedside procedures and ventilator management.
