TheLahey Diabetes Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowshipis a 12-month postgraduate training program designed for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants seeking advanced clinical training in diabetes management and endocrinology.

Through hands-on clinical experience, structured education, and dedicated mentorship, fellows developexpertisein:

• Outpatient and inpatient diabetes management

• Diabetes technology, including CGM and insulin pump therapy

• Diagnostic interpretation and treatment planning

• Patient and caregiver education

• Interdisciplinary team-based care

• Exposure to endocrinology practice across multiple clinical settings

Program Highlights

Pay Range:

$93,000.00 USD - $93,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
