Participates in the design and revision of protocols.* Collaborates with Medical Physician and ancillary personnel as appropriate to promote quality care for patients. Makes referrals as appropriate.* Recognizes and reacts appropriately to environmental safety factors related to patient care.* Understands, applies and supports practice policies, procedures, goals and standards.* Develops strong partnership with patients, family members, fellow physicians/nurses and support staff.
