Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an App Developer to support a national aerospace and global security program. The role is fully on site in Herndon, VA, with opportunities for long-term growth and career development.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance and involves working with a team of talented software developers. Responsibilities include following development life-cycle standards, software development across business/mission applications, and ensuring compliance with software

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
2+ years of Java experience.
2+ years of frontend or fullstack development experience.
DevSecOps, Angular, or Kubernetes is a plus.
Ability to work with XML.
Proven experience in COTS/FOSS integration and support.
Ability to troubleshoot and navigate Linux/Windows environments.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Apply standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
Apply knowledge of hardware/software and system user needs to develop software.
Correct program errors, document development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve program intent and inputs/outputs.
Ensure software standards are defined and met.
