Job summary

NPHire in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Adult ICU Advanced Practice Provider for night coverage in a 20-bed mixed medical/surgical ICU focused on CT surgery patients. Must hold NH license, DEA, CSR and be Board Certified.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, perioperative CT surgery care, and providing 12‑month logs for arterial lines, intubations, and central lines, with shift schedule 7:30 PM–7:30 AM and weekday/weekend coverage. Collaborative ICU team environment.

Qualifications

• Active NH license, DEA, and CSR required.
• Board Certified in Adult, Family, or Acute Care practice as applicable.
• Experience managing post-operative CT surgery patients in ICU.
• Must provide 12‑month case logs for arterial lines, intubations and central lines.
• Ventilator management is a core privilege.

Responsibilities

• Care for adults in a 20-bed mixed medical/surgical ICU focused on CT surgery patients.

• Document and maintain case logs for specified procedures over the last 12 months.
• Collaborate with physicians and other APPs across day and night shifts.

Adult ICU APP position available for immediate start upon credentialing.

Must hold an active NH license, DEA, and CSR.

Must be Board Certified.

20-bed mixed medical/surgical ICU with CT surgery patients Monday through Friday.

Experience required for managing post-operative CT surgery patients.

APP must be able to provide case logs within the last 12 months for the following procedures: arterial lines (5 logs in 12 months), intubations (20 logs in 12 months), and central lines (5 logs in 12 months).

Vent management is a core privilege requirement.

Required certification: ALS-CSU (specific certification per facility requirements).

Shift hours: 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM night coverage with occasional day shifts.

Weekday and weekend coverage required.

15 night shifts per month with occasional day shifts.

Average daily census of approximately 11 patients.
