An established industry player is seeking a skilled Analyst with a strong foundation in operational support and infrastructure components. Job description

So here is what I am looking for:

  1. Operational prod support skills supporting channels (web/mobile/contact center/IVR)
  2. Some experience in planning and execution of running channels from alternate data center
  3. Understanding of channel technologies (web/ui/api) and channel architecture (T1/T2/Tier 3 layers.. how they work etc)

Knowledge/Skills:

  1. Some exposure to infrastructure components like Load balancers/API gateway/CDN.. Akamai for traffic distribution
  2. Monitoring tools (splunk/Dynatrace).. don't have to be expert, but should have exposure
  3. Knowledge of web servers, Kubernetes (cloud openshift if possible)
  4. Some AWS if possible
  5. Writing test cases on how to test channels/components out of alternate site (testing / success criteria/ connectivity from alternate site to primary site.. call it leak)
  6. Assist with planning and execution of test cases until PT date
  7. Will need to work a few hours on weekends since we will execute the throttle traffic to channels during the weekend

Mandatory skills for the Analyst - Java, Web Server, API, Kubernetes/OpenShift with end-to-end understanding of how applications are architected and understanding of infrastructure components
