Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Cyber Security Architect in Fort Mill, SC for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on API security reviews across Cloud, On-prem, and Data security architectures.

Hybrid work 2-3 days a week with collaboration across Development, Operations, and Enterprise Architecture teams. The ideal candidate will design secure API access with OAuth/JWT, craft security standards, and lead threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response in enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience designing secure API architectures and implementing access controls such as OAuth and JWT.
• Proven ability to craft security standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Strong background in cloud security and zero-trust architectures.

Responsibilities

• Secure APIs with robust access controls and API gateway security.
• Develop reusable security design patterns across stacks and domains.
• Lead security architecture design and integrate advanced technologies to protect assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Expertise in frameworks, network and cloud security, identity management, encryption.
• Threat modeling, risk assessment, vulnerability management, SIEM implementation and incident response.
• Implement risk management frameworks balancing security with business needs.
• Secure ML models against adversarial attacks and ensure data privacy in AI training.
