Job summary

Turner Specialty Services is seeking an experienced API Unit Inspector (510/570/653) for work in the Port Allen, LA area. You will conduct NDE of materials in accordance with referencing codes, supervise technicians, and report to the Site Manager with strict adherence to procedures and safety.

Candidates must have API certifications, TWIC, a high school diploma, and excellent communication skills. A background check and drug test are required, along with documentation of certifications and

Qualifications

• Must hold API 510/570/653 certifications.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDE inspections and materials testing per referenced codes.
• Supervise NDE technicians and ensure data collection for FEMI programs.
• Review drawings and procedures for quality and safety compliance.
• Help prepare monthly KPI summaries and turnaround scope documents.
• Follow site safety rules and client requirements at all times.
