Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Integration Engineer II to design and build scalable API integrations across Azure and multiple integration platforms. You will shape data flows, secure APIs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role requires leadership in SDLC, strong communication, and the ability to work across geographies. Travel up to 50% is expected; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS, software engineering, IT, or related).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with backend services and APIs.
• Experience designing/implementing integration across on-prem and cloud.
• Knowledge of API security, versioning, throttling, and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, and cloud, using Azure-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
• Lead integration initiatives and mentor junior developers across teams.
• Ensure SDLC governance, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows and security.
