Job summary

Turner Industries is seeking an experienced API Inspector (510/570) Planner for work in the Plaquemine, LA area. This non-exempt role reports to the Site Manager and requires API 510/570 certification, TWIC, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities include generating weld repair plans, reviewing mechanical and structural work packages, coordinating QA/QC activities, and adhering to client safety and site procedures in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• API 510/570 Certification required.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to work in fast-paced turnaround environment.
• Commitment to safety compliance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate weld repair plans and ITPs, review work packages for mechanical (welding, pipefitting, boilermaking), scaffolding, painting, insulation, civil, rigs of various sizes, QA/QC, NDT (X-Ray) and hydro blasting; perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
