Description

As a Mechanical Integrity Inspector you will conduct NDT inspections on vessels, piping, and tanks at ethanol facilities throughout the Midwest. You will perform inspections in accordance with applicable codes and standards, documenting findings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring safety compliance.

Essential Functions

Conduct non‑destructive testing (NDT) of components and materials following codes and standards.
Use NDT methods including API 510, API 570, API 653, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, leak testing, and visual inspections.
Select, prepare, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment.
Identify defects in materials.
Complete documentation, work orders, and reports per established protocols.
Drive company vehicles and maintain a safe driving record.
Apply safety regulations, lead others, and identify hazards.
Interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
