What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in maintenance or a related field (residential experience is a plus, but not required)
• Basic knowledge of general repairs such as painting, light plumbing, electrical, or carpentry—or a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing apartments for new residents
• A reliable, problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative
• Positive communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members
• A strong work ethic and commitment to providing great service
• Interest in growing your skills and taking on new challenges over time

Your responsibilities will include:

• Complete daily maintenance tasks while upholding high standards for quality and safety
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including painting and required repairs
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure a positive service experience
• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the community
• Participate in an on‑call rotation with other team members

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday–Friday 8:00-4:30 | On‑call rotation and occasional weekends

Experience:

• Previous hands‑on experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred—but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools
• Candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn will be strongly considered
