Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in apartment turnovers, remodeling, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general maintenance (preferred).
• Basic electrical and plumbing skills required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full unit turnovers, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, and fixture replacement.
• Complete remodeling tasks such as installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and trim work.
• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ensure all appliances are in working order and replace or repair as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines.
• Safely use power tools, ladders, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other turnover technicians and project managers.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean worksite.
