Job summary

Thesciongroupllc is looking for full-time and part-time temporary staff to support our apartment turnover period in Michigan. You will assist in providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents.

Your responsibilities include performing maintenance duties such as painting, light repairs, and housekeeping, as well as some administrative tasks. A strong customer service mindset and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older by date of start.
• Willing to perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned.
• Participate in apartment inspections and maintenance documentation.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Help keep grounds clean and free of trash.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
