• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Inspect locks, keys, and weather stripping.
• Complete interior and exterior painting and caulking.
• Assist with grounds upkeep including trash pickup.
