Job summary

Envolve is seeking a Part Time Make Ready Technician for Mission Village in Evans and Greeley. You will prepare apartments for move-in, perform repairs, and maintain unit readiness, ensuring appliances and systems operate correctly.

Ideal candidates have some maintenance experience, strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends if needed. Join a team focused on resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team and take direction from a supervisor.
• Basic writing and reading skills required.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
• Some plumbing, electrical, general maintenance and appliance repair knowledge preferred.
• Previous multi-family experience requested.
• May require some weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and items left by the previous resident.
• Repair and prepare walls, doors, trim, closets, and cabinets for painting.
• Repair glass items and ensure operating appliances.
• Ensure proper operation of stove, vent hood, garbage disposal, fridge, dishwasher, water heater, HVAC, washer/dryer.
• Report major HVAC or large repairs to management.
• Repair window blinds or curtains and door latches.
• Install weather stripping around doors and windows.
• Re-key master locks and provide keys for leasing prior to move-in.
• Repair leaking faucets and water lines.
• Contribute to company direction to develop loyalty and team unity.
• Other duties as assigned.
