Job summary

MAA is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician in Coral Springs to ensure apartment homes are fully prepared for new residents. The role involves painting, weatherproofing, cleaning, and basic maintenance while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements include at least 6 months of related experience in multifamily maintenance or general labor and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure premises are in good working order.
• Support property management with timely upkeep and improvements.
