Job summary

Tarantino-Properties,-Inc. is seeking an apartment Maintenance Technician in Conroe, Texas. The role requires handling maintenance requests, painting, and groundskeeping while ensuring exceptional resident service.

The position includes responsibilities across A/C, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock repairs, and appliance upkeep, with turnover work for vacant units and common-area maintenance. On-call duty is required as part of a team rotation.

Qualifications

• HVAC and CPA certifications are preferred but not required.
• Complete resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Complete all make-readies to company standards, promptly and professionally.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Must be able to be on-call (team rotation)

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and maintain grounds; perform painting tasks.
• Resolve maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Clean and maintain grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
