Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Loxley Station Development and Belle Isle apartment communities located in Loxley and Robertsdale, AL. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.

The ideal candidate has two or more years of verifiable maintenance experience and HVAC certification. This is a full-time role that includes working closely with management to meet quality standards.
