Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications (preferred, not required).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Knock out work orders quickly and efficiently.
• Turn units (make-readies) to get apartments rent-ready fast.
• Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating & cooling).
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds.
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid bigger issues.
• Keep the shop organized and ready for action.
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks).
