Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning apartments between resident occupancy.
• Paint/Stain interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Keep maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with the team.
