Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Power wash halls, breezeways, and parking areas.
- Complete resident service orders promptly.
- Assist with apartment make‑readies, including trash removal, caulking, grouting, appliance checks, and smoke detector maintenance.
- Perform interior and exterior touch‑up painting.
- Keep common areas clean and organized, including pools and recreational spaces.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in general maintenance and property upkeep.
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall/painting, ceramic tile, and appliance installation/removal.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Some college or technical school (preferred).
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Valid driver’s license or state‑issued ID.
- Reliable transportation.
- Personal hand and power tools.
- Proper work attire and gear for different climate conditions.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 per Hour
