Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Power wash halls, breezeways, and parking areas.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Assist with apartment make‑readies, including trash removal, caulking, grouting, appliance checks, and smoke detector maintenance.
• Perform interior and exterior touch‑up painting.
• Keep common areas clean and organized, including pools and recreational spaces.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
