Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, and the ability to obtain a CFC card or HVAC training.

• At least one year of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is required or equivalent work experience.
• The ability to obtain a CFC card or HVAC training.

• Perform general maintenance tasks in HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork daily and communicate with supervisors.
• Drive to pick up parts and manage on-call travel as needed.
