Responsibilities include completing service requests, plumbing/electrical/HVAC repairs, appliance work, painting, and preparing units for new residents. On-call rotation and weekends may be required, with a compensation package including benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting.

Job Description
