Job summary

Mr. Handyman – South Bend & Elkhart Area is seeking an Apartment Service Technician to provide high‑quality residential and commercial maintenance with care and reliability.

You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance in apartment complexes and commercial spaces. You will respond quickly and empathetically to service requests, maintain accurate job records on an iPad, and collaborate with a supportive team to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential/commercial maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of building systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.
