Chestnut Hill Realty in Hancock Village is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will handle resident requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, A/C, and interiors, and ensure work is completed on schedule while providing excellent customer service.

This role requires a valid driver's license, on-call availability (weekends/nights), and a commitment to delivering a first-class resident experience.

Maintenance Technicians

• Prefer to work with your hands, problem solving on electrical, plumbing and appliance issues
