Hayman Company in Lisle, IL is seeking an energetic Apartment Maintenance Technician to service residential communities. You will prioritize and complete work orders, keep the property clean, respond to maintenance requests, and prepare apartment homes for rent.

We value teamwork, reliability, and customer service. The role requires a valid driver's license, your own tools, and the ability to pass background and drug screening; EPA certification is preferred.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience as a technician in apartment industry
• Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks

• Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization
• EPA Certification Preferred

• Must have your own general tools
