Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians for immediate openings across apartment communities in Indianapolis. Join a hands-on team and support day-to-day maintenance needs in both full-time and part-time roles, delivering quality work and dependable service to residents.

You will handle service requests, prepare units for new residents, perform electrical/plumbing/appliance repairs, and maintain common areas while working under a maintenance supervisor or property

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and turnover.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical plumbing appliance and carpentry repairs.
