Job summary

A nonprofit real estate organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Service Technician II to ensure the maintenance and repair of properties. This position involves diagnosing and resolving service requests, performing repairs in various building trades, and maintaining the property grounds. Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced hands-on repair experience in two or more building trades.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• REAC/HQS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for various building systems.
• Respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain grounds and common spaces.
