Redwood Living is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Findlay, OH to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping within Redwood Neighborhoods. You will enter residents’ homes to complete work orders and communicate to ensure a positive experience for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills preferred.
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to use smartphone, tablet and computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and grounds as assigned via work orders.
• Prepare vacated apartment homes for release quickly and professionally.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall tasks.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs such as drain clearing, toilet issues, water heater repair/replacement.
• Service kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, and garage issues as needed.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance as required.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Assist with snow removal and other duties as assigned.
