Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking an apartment maintenance professional to serve residents with exceptional customer service and handle resident and property service requests on-site in Orlando. The role emphasizes reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn tasks such as pool maintenance and grounds care.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and preferably EPA or CPO certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Learn and apply maintenance tasks such as pool grounds maintenance as needed.
