Property Size: 165 units (market rate)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full-time

Salary: Up to $31/hour + Housing Discount + Bonus + Benefits

As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at TI Communities, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operations and maintenance of our apartment communities. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance department, training, supervising, and developing the maintenance technician team, completing work orders, unit turns, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, vendor management, and achieving customer service goals. With your strong leadership skills and expertise in maintenance, you will ensure that our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment.

HOW YOU WILL IMPACT TI COMMUNITIES:

  • Manage service requests.
  • Create and maintain a make-ready schedule. Monitor apartment vacancies daily and oversee and complete the turnover process.
  • Build strong rapport with residents.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for residents.
  • Participate in all community maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance, service request completion, and groundskeeping.
  • Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and reporting follow-up.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to multitask and meet goals.
  • Experience using equipment, supplies, and materials used in the maintenance field.
  • Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
  • Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
