Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a skilled property maintenance supervisor to lead a team across maintenance tasks and repairs at our Florida properties. You will supervise technicians, manage routine projects, and support safety programs to protect residents and assets.

This role requires at least three years in property maintenance, strong organization, and proficiency with building trades; knowledge of Yardi or RealPage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in property maintenance.
• Proficient in a trade with general maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and terminology of building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
• Knowledge and experience using a variety of tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Great organization and project management skills.
• Able to implement and improve policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Yardi Software and RealPage a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff.
• Take a leadership position on special projects.
• Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
