Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking a Service Manager to inspire the maintenance team and solve challenges on a multi-million dollar asset. You’ll lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and work alongside the crew to ensure top-notch upkeep.

Ideal candidates bring a broad knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting), on-call readiness, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Benefits include strong health options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Desire to lead a team in property maintenance and operations.
• Must have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and efficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of home maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting.
• On-call availability; typical schedule Monday–Friday is preferred.
• Experience as tradesperson or contractor is a plus; familiarity with PM software (Yardi) is desirable.
• EPA or CPO certifications are a bonus; renovation/construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• On-call availability
• Preferred schedule: Monday - Friday

Great-to-haves:

• Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional
• Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi
• Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
• Renovation or construction experience

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $28 - $34 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
