Responsibilities include managing occupied and vacant units, performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and maintaining grounds. A strong leader with excellent communication is essential; HVAC certification preferred. Weekend work may be required.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Weekend availability as required.
• Experience with apartment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring logs and completion.
• Manage vacant apartments, prep for new leases.
• Maintain grounds free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, installations, and replacements.
• Caulking, carpentry, doors, painting, drywall repair.
• Bulk trash removal (including appliances).
• Clear drains and sewer lines up to 4 feet.
