Job summary

First Point Construction in Colorado is seeking qualified, responsible apartment maintenance candidates to prepare units for rent across the Greeley area. You will handle painting, caulking, flooring installation, light plumbing and drywall repair, with on-call rotation.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle; experience flipping apartments is preferred, with a willingness to learn and strong teamwork to deliver high-quality work across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Must have experience flipping apartments or similar remodeling experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple tasks across properties.
• Ability to rotate on-call duties with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks: painting, caulking, flooring installation, light plumbing, drywall repair.
• Move between properties in the Greeley area to complete assigned work.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Candidates will have the ability to transition through many tasks a day, at several different properties throughout the Greeley area. Duties include but are not limited to: painting, caulking, installing flooring, light plumbing, drywall repair, etc. Candidate should have experience or similar related experience or willingness to learn. Must be able to work as a team and bring the best performance to every task. General handyman tools recommended.
