Job summary

JT Solution Partners is seeking a full-time apartment leasing consultant to join an amazing community in Anaheim, CA. You will tour apartment units with prospective residents and assist in leasing activities and resident relations.

You will qualify prospective residents, maintain all leasing files, and distribute communications from the leasing office. The role also covers leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties while presenting a professional image of the leasing office.

• Experience in leasing, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to qualify prospective residents and maintain leasing files.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment units with potential residents.
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations.
• Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintain leasing files.
• Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities.
• Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.
• Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office.
• Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers.
