InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Tucson, AZ to greet prospects, conduct tours, and assess housing needs. You will help applicants with applications, leases and credit checks, collect deposits and rents, and explain community rules.

The role requires proactive follow-up on leads and keeping apartments ready for move-ins. Qualifications include strong communication, basic computer skills (Word/Outlook/Excel) and familiarity with leasing software; weekend work is required in

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel; social media exposure helpful.
• Leasing software knowledge such as Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and give tours to determine housing needs and preferences.
• Assist residents with leasing paperwork, applications, leases and credit checks.
• Collect security deposits, rent and other move-in charges.
• Communicate policies to residents and follow up on leads.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and add finishing touches.
• Manage lease renewals and retention efforts; respond to inquiries promptly.
